Инфекционная анемия лошадей (ИНАН) — контагиозная болезнь однокопытных, вызывается вирусом рода Lentivirus семейства Retroviridae. Риск распространения возбудителя признается во всем мире, поэтому контролю ИНАН лошадей уделяется большое внимание. Цель исследований – анализ распространения инфекционной анемии лошадей в разрезе восьми лет на территории Санкт-Петербурга по результатам серологических исследований. Исследования осуществляли на основании данных лабораторной отчётности ГБУ «Санкт-Петербургская горветстанция». Объект исследования - лошади разных пород и половозрастных групп. Анализировали результаты лабораторных исследований сывороток крови лошадей в РДП, которая является стандартным, референтным методом диагностики ИНАН [5]. В результате выявлено, что за весь исследуемый период времени инфицированность лошадей в мегаполисе составила 0,02%. При этом эпизоотические очаги были зарегистрированы: два в Пушкинском районе (2018 г. и 2025 г.) и один в Московском районе (2024 г.). Все три эпизоотические очага были своевременно обнаружены на территории конных клубов ООО «Ковбой», ООО «ВАЛКиТ» и конного реабилитационного центра ООО «Дар» по результатам серологических исследований в РДП. Благодаря качественному выполнению комплекса противоэпизоотических мероприятий в этих неблагополучных пунктах государственная ветеринарная служба Санкт-Петербурга не допустила распространения спорадических случаев ИНАН у лошадей на поголовье животных в соседние административно-территориальные единицы города.

Infectious anemia of horses (IAH) is a disease of ungulates caused by a virus of the genus Lentivirus in the family Retroviridae. The danger of the pathogen's spread is recognized worldwide, and therefore, IANH control is given great attention. In the Russian Federation, seropositive animals in the reaction of diffusion precipitation are detected annually during routine studies for the presence of antibodies to the pathogen. The purpose of the study is to analyze the spread of infectious anemia in horses based on the results of serological tests in the St. Petersburg metropolitan area from 2018 to 2025.The studies were conducted based on the analysis of data from the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance, the Department of Veterinary Medicine of St. Petersburg, and the analysis of laboratory reporting data from the State Budgetary Institution "St. Petersburg City Veterinary Station". The study focused on horses of various breeds and age groups. The results of laboratory tests on horse blood serum were analyzed using the RDP method, which is a standard and reference method for diagnosing IAH [5]. It was established that during the period from 2018 to 2025, the average infection rate of horses with IAH virus in 18 districts of St. Petersburg was 0.02%, with a total of 3 positive cases and 16,038 examined horses. There were 3 affected areas in two districts of the city: 2 in Pushkinsky District (2018 and 2025) and 1 in Moskovsky District (2024). Three epizootic foci of IAH in two of the 18 districts of the St. Petersburg metropolis (Pushkinsky and Moskovsky) on the territory of the equestrian clubs of “LLC Kovboy”, “LLC VALKiT”, and the equestrian rehabilitation center of “LLC Dar” were detected in a timely manner based on the results of serological tests in the RDP.Thanks to the high-quality implementation of a set of anti-epizootic measures in these troubled areas, the State Veterinary Service of St. Petersburg prevented the spread of sporadic cases of IAH in horses to the animal population in the city's neighboring administrative units.
