В рамках данной статьи показана возможность использования поворотного кожного лоскута местных тканей для реконструкции дефекта кожного покрова после иссечения гигромы локтевого отростка у собак. В рамках проведенной работы дана оценка 13 клиническим наблюдениям при хирургическом лечении осложненной и неосложненной гигромы локтевого отростка. Течение раннего послеоперационного периода без осложнений наблюдали в 69,2 ± 13,3 % случаев. Осложнениями раннего послеоперационного периода являлись формирование серомы под трансплантатом и локальный некроз кожного лоскута. В отдаленные сороки наблюдения у 2 животных определяли формирование трофических дефектов кожного покрова и в 1 случае рецидив гигромы с положительной динамикой на консервативном лечении.

In the article effectiveness of wound reconstruction with rotary cutaneous flap in dogs after elbow hygroma excision is considered. 13 clinical cases were evaluated. The early postoperative period proceeded without complications in 69,2 ± 13,3 % cases. Complications of the early postoperative period were the formation of seromа and local necrosis of the skin flap. The formation of trophic skin defect and relapse of eblow hygroma were in the long-term follow-up.
