В статье представлен анализ действующего законодательства Российской Федерации, требования которого обязаны соблюдать предприятия, осуществляющие деятельность по утилизации и сжиганию органических отходов, в том числе биологических.Учитывая разносторонние требования действующего законодательства, предприятиям, осуществляющим указанную деятельность, необходимо руководствоваться требованиями ветеринарного законодательства, экологического и санитарно-гигиенического.Также стоит отметить, что в Российской Федерации практически отсутствует или представлена крайне незначительно инфраструктура, необходимая для полноценной утилизации органических отходов [1].

The article presents an analysis of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the requirements of which must be observed by enterprises engaged in the disposal and incineration of organic waste, including biological waste.Taking into account the diverse requirements of the current legislation, enterprises engaged in these activities need to be guided by the requirements of veterinary legislation, environmental and sanitary-hygienic.It is also worth noting that in the Russian Federation there is practically no or very little infrastructure necessary for the full utilization of organic waste [1].
