Abstract

The creation of highly productive pig production and increasing the production of meat is a great achievement in our country over the past decades. Conversion of pigs to an industrial base has exacerbated and technologically fixed the impact on pigs of unfavorable factors. In the pig industry, technological traumatism occurs mainly in the form of cannibalism. The bored content of animals and the formation of groups of different ages lead to the struggle of animals for a place, as a result of a pig biting each other. A wide spread of traumatism in the form of cannibalism is noted in the areas of growing and fattening, mainly biting wounds in the area of the ear shells and tails. For the treatment of biting wounds in the second experimental group, an ointment of argo-sulfane was used, and in the third - levomecol. On day 28, 6 animals from the second experimental group had complete scarring of the wound surface, and in 4 animals the scarring of the wound surface was observed to be 85-95%, but after 2 days they had a closure of the defect. On day 28, 5 animals from the third experimental group had complete scarring of the wound surface, and 5 animals had scarring of the wound surface by 75-85%, but after 4 days and they had a closure of the defect. With the use of arsosulfan ointment, it was noted that acceleration of regenerative-regenerative processes occurs in the wound defect, reduction of purulent exudation and resorption of inflammatory infiltrates.
