Abstract

At the VNITIP Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences, an experiment was conducted to study the effect of an organic mineral supplement on the morphometric parameters of bone and muscle tissue of broiler chickens. For the experiment, according to the principle of analogues, five groups of broiler chickens of the SGC "Smena" selection of 35 heads each were formed. When analyzing the results of the mineral composition of bone tissue and histological studies, it was found that the use of a complex of trace elements in the form of L-asparaginates in the amount of 10%, 12.5% and 20% of the current guarantee norms for the introduction of trace elements, there is an increase in the activity of bone tissue formation and good quality of muscle tissue.
