Abstract
The article examines the issue of taking into ac count some aspects that are important in the system of legal regulation in terms of the requirements for the organization of transportation of sports horses for competitions in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region. Compliance with the rules of transportation of animals is an important condition for compliance with the requirements of veterinary legislation and regulations of the Russian equestrian Federation. Ignoring or ignorance of the rules of veterinary legislation by the owners of animals jeopardizes the veterinary well-being of the region and the country as a whole. The article set a goal: structure the information according to the requirements of the movement of sport horses of Saint Petersburg and Leningrad region. The main research methods were normative, structural and functional analysis of veterinary legislation and regulations of the Russian equestrian Federation. The state veterinary service and the equestrian Federation of Russia are the controlling organizations for the movement of sports horses to participate in the competition. In order to comply with all the rules, the requirements of these organizations must be taken into account. All diagnostic tests, vaccinations, deworming and fulfilled conditions must be confirmed by a veterinary certificate (certificate), which is issued on the basis of vaccination, issued by the relevant acts with the participation of the state veterinary service of the region and test reports with the results of serological studies in an accredited laboratory.

Abstract
In the work there are given the results that testify to the possibility of using chemiluminescent (CL) study of blood serum using as a specific inducer a complex allergen of САМ to identify animals sensibilized by atypical mycobacteria. At the initial stage of the study, we were tested the 40 guinea pigs, of which we were infected the 20 animals with an atypical strain of M. intracellularae (group 1), the other (20) with M. smegmatis + M. phlei (group 2) subcutaneously at a dose of 40 mg / ml. The five intact individuals served as control. There were slaughtered for five animals of 1-2 groups on the 14th, 28th, 45th and 60th days after infection for pathoanatomical and bacteriological examination and also CL analysis of blood serum when interacting with a specific inductor of САМ. As a result of CL studies of the blood serum of animals of the 1 st and 2 nd groups there was observed the excess of the level of superweak luminescence samples of САМ-induced over spontaneous samples in 2.2 and more times from the 14th day of infection, whereas in the control group at all periods of the study the stimulation factor (SF) was significantly lower. From the biological material of guinea pigs sensitized with M. intracellularae, the original infecting culture was isolated. At the same time, in animals of the 2nd group, despite the positive result of chemiluminescence, we won’t observed the significant changes in the internal organs, the growth in sowing of biomaterial was absent. In the next stage of the studies we evaluated the effectiveness of the CL-method in a cattle-breeding farm that is free from tuberculosis, in which periodically during a planned examination there are isolated of the positive reactions to in- tradermal injection of PPD-tuberculin. As a result of the bacteriological studies along with the CL-analysis there was confirmed the persistence in the cattle’ body of atypical mycobacteria of III and IV groups on Runyon classification.

Abstract
In this article there are present the results of analysis of the main morphometric parameters of tissue’s liver of guinea pigs infected with Mycobacterium bovis against the background of the preliminary introduction of a specific immunomodulator KIM-M2. There were selected the 15 animals for the setting of the experiment, of which we were formed the 3 groups. Five intact individuals (1st group) served as control. We injected a virulent culture of M. bovis, strain 14, subcutaneously at a dose of 0.001 mg / ml the animals of the 2nd and 3rd test groups (n = 5), while we were injected subcutaneously with KIM-M2 at a dose of 500 μg protein the animals of the 3rd group (n = 5) at 30 days before injections. We were calculated the parameters of the liver regeneration processes (parenchymal density, functional cell mass, nuclear mass, mass index of dinuclear cells, mass-mitotic index, functional karyo -cell index, average cut-off area of hepatocyte) based on the results of the morphometric measurements with calibrated ocular mesh. It was established that the introduction of Mycobacterium bovis (strain 14) by the results of morphometric examination of the liver caused the development of degenerative and destructive processes accompanied by plethora, stagnation and cholestasis, as well as a decrease in the depth of reparative reserves and the intensity of hepatocyte functioning. The introduction of a specific immunomodulator KIM-M2 at 30 days before infection with mycobacteria of animals contributed to a significant decrease in the severity of degenerative and destructive processes, a decrease in plethora, stagnation and bile retention in the biliary tract, and an increase in the volume of reparative liver reserves. The obtained data of a morphological evaluation of the liver state indicated an increase in the resistance of laboratory animals to infection with pathogenic mycobacteria.

Abstract
The results of the epizootic monitoring of the main helminthic diseases of reindeer in the farms of the Nenets AO in the territory of the Malozemelskaya, Timanskaya and western parts of the Bolshezemelskaya tundra were obtained on the basis of coprological studies of feces, vetsanexpertis and examination (opening) of the gastrointestinal tract of animals. It allowed estimating the epizootic situation of helminthiases and the distribution area of pathogens in the context of the ongoing process of climate change in the Arctic, along with the development of the agro-industrial complex a and active industrial development of subsurface resources, and to compare the time intervals (1938-1974 and 20152016). Based on the results obtained, the risks of worsening of the epizootic situation were identified and suggestions were made aimed at improving the epidemiological situation. The conducted researches in the conditions of modern anthropogenic influence of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation showed that helminths preserved their circulation areas in the studied territory. It has been established that the main source of invasion in reindeer husbandry remains to a greater extent dogs and representatives of wild fauna, wolf, Arctic foxes and foxes that are close in systematic and ecological respects and show a great similarity in the composition of the helminthofauna. The results of monitoring of the main helminthic deer diseases show the need for systematic conduct of helminthological studies of reindeer and pastures as planned measures, which will improve the epizootic situation in the district.

Abstract
The research is devoted to the study of the influence of probiotic preparation "Bioplus 2B" on the germ of the genital tract and reproductive health of sows. The experiments were carried out in the pig farm on 74 sows, on 108-110-day of pregnancy. The sows weredivided into three groups. The sows of the first group served as a control one. The sows of the second one within 14 days before weaning received probiotic preparation "Bioplus 2B" at a dose of 0.4 g/kg of feed, the third onereceived "Bioplus 2B" within 14 days before the farrow and during the last 14 days before weaning the sows received the same dose. The samples of vaginal swabs before the farrow were received from the animals, 14 days before weaning and on the day of weaning to determine the quantity and quality of microbiota. The indicators of the development and the survival of piglets, the onset of the sow reproductive cyclicism and indicators of impregnation capacity were considered. After prescribing the probiotic preparation "Bioplus 2B" the number of bifidobacteria, lactobacilli, enterococci, bacilli significantly increased and the content of lactic Escherichia, pathogenic staphylococci, yeast-like fungidecreasedin the genital tract of sows. After its single and double prescription on average, more piglets were taken to the nest than in the control respectively by 0.28 and 0.39 heads, which body weight was higher by 0.19 kg and 0.36 kg, safety - more by 4.6% and 6.7%. Sexual cyclicism in sows occurred earlier, respectively, by 0.31 and 0.61 days, latent endometritis manifested less often in 1.3 and 1.8 times, fertilization was higher by 2.4 and 6.1%. Thus, Bioplus 2B, normalizing colonization resistance of the genital tract, helps to increase the reproductive performance of the sows.

Abstract
Intensive development of breeding dogs in Russia and abroad, set new tasks for veterinarians. Planning mating with the definition of the time of ovulation - the key elements in breeding dogs. The main reason for unsuccessful breeding in healthy bitches with a normal cycle is the lack of precise methods for determining ovulation. At the moment, there are many different methods for determining the duration of ovulation. The method of cytological examination of vaginal smears is quite simple and inexpensive, which allows you to diagnose follicular cysts, vaginitis, vaginal tumors; predict the timing of delivery; determine the need to interrupt unwanted pregnancy in bitches. Determining the level of progesterone in the blood is an expensive and time-consuming method. The analysis on progesterone does not allow to determine, when exactly there was ovulation. With the development of purulent endometritis, the level of progesterone will be at a sufficiently high level, and owners often take the allocation for estrus. The most optimal method for determining the duration of ovulation in females is a complex one, consisting of determining the stage of the sexual cycle with the help of vaginal cytology, together with monitoring the level of progesterone in the blood serum. Thus, in 67% of the females of the 3rd experimental group, successful breeding was carried out. And the rest 33% diagnosed diestrus and anestrus, which allowed in the early stages to avoid unnecessary research.

Abstract
Determination of the routine, qualitative and quantitative indicators of the inflammatory reaction on whole blood or its liquid part is carried out to assess the systemic impact of the pathological process on the macroorganism, as well as to monitor the effectiveness of its treatment. One of the actual topics of modern veterinary medicine is the inflammation skin disease - dermatitis. However, the term “Dermatitis” does not define the localization of the inflammatory process. On the contrary, the skin inflammation of the distal limbs it is usually to called pododermatitis, since this term indicates the localization of pathology in the paws site. In many cases, pododermatitis may be associated with dermatitis, but it is also often found as an independent pathology. Therefore, for the differential diagnosis of dermatitis, pododermatitis and pododermatitis associated with dermatitis, it is necessary to assess the intensity of their inflammatory process by determining the markers of the acute-phase inflammatory. Because of the study, it was found that increase of the markers of the acute-phase inflammatory is observed only in the case of systemic diseases of the skin. On the contrary, under such the local pathologies, as pododermatitis, the indicators of the acute-phase inflammatory in the blood is not increased. Thus, inflammatory pathologies of the distal limbs (pododermatitis) differ from other dermatitis by the predominance of the chronic inflammatory process and the proliferative phenomenon.

Abstract
The creation of highly productive pig production and increasing the production of meat is a great achievement in our country over the past decades. Conversion of pigs to an industrial base has exacerbated and technologically fixed the impact on pigs of unfavorable factors. In the pig industry, technological traumatism occurs mainly in the form of cannibalism. The bored content of animals and the formation of groups of different ages lead to the struggle of animals for a place, as a result of a pig biting each other. A wide spread of traumatism in the form of cannibalism is noted in the areas of growing and fattening, mainly biting wounds in the area of the ear shells and tails. For the treatment of biting wounds in the second experimental group, an ointment of argo-sulfane was used, and in the third - levomecol. On day 28, 6 animals from the second experimental group had complete scarring of the wound surface, and in 4 animals the scarring of the wound surface was observed to be 85-95%, but after 2 days they had a closure of the defect. On day 28, 5 animals from the third experimental group had complete scarring of the wound surface, and 5 animals had scarring of the wound surface by 75-85%, but after 4 days and they had a closure of the defect. With the use of arsosulfan ointment, it was noted that acceleration of regenerative-regenerative processes occurs in the wound defect, reduction of purulent exudation and resorption of inflammatory infiltrates.

Abstract
The article presents the results of the study of the origin and prevention of tendinitis, the development of modern methods and approaches to the treatment of diseases of the surface flexor of the finger (PSP) in horses, describes the place of ultrasound examination (ultrasound) in the picture of diagnosis and evaluation of the prognosis of the disease, shows the role of the rehabilitation program, indicating the main parameters. The issues of treatment of traumatic aseptic inflammation of the tendon-ligament apparatus of the limbs of horses do not go off the agenda due to the widespread use of various types of equestrian sports, participation in which is often accompanied by animal injuries. The consequences of injuries are often represented by chronic diseases of tendons of the limbs, and this has a direct impact on the subsequent performance of horses. The tendon of the surface flexor of the finger performs the function of transferring muscle energy to the fetter joint in the horse, enhances the effect of muscle contraction on the periphery, absorbs the energy of blows during movement and works as a source of energy accumulation. Currently, there are many ways to treat tendinitis of the surface flexor of the finger. The method of treatment usually depends on the degree of damage to the tendon. Ultrasound diagnostics is important not only for the exact diagnosis or selection of the appropriate method of treatment, but also for the formation of the forecast for the further operation of the animal, which is important for the owner. The prognosis usually depends on the degree of injury to the tendon, the area of its rupture, the location of the injury, as well as the chosen therapy and, ultimately, the rehabilitation program. For the successful treatment of tendinitis of the surface finger flexor of horses, it is necessary to conduct timely diagnosis with the use of ultrasound, a combination of rational treatment and a properly compiled rehabilitation program with the prevention of retrovmatization.

Abstract
The Ultrasound and thermographic diagnostics in medicine allows to objectively and quickly assess various pathologies and make an accurate diagnosis. Therefore, for the study of pododermatitis in dogs, including interdigital follicular cysts, these methods of diagnosis are no less relevant. Interdigital follicular cyst this is the type of interdigital pododermatitis, which is not amenable to conservative treatment. The reason for the wrong approach to the treatment of dogs with this pathology is the lack of objective diagnosis. Therefore, the solution of this problem is the main task of the study.

Abstract
The use of the dynamic design of transpedicular fixation reduces the intensity of the inflammatory process in the pathological focus. The activity of alkaline phosphatase in the blood of dogs of group III decreases by 6.2% when compared with group II. And this indicator in group III decreases to the value of control group I (Table 3). The use of dynamic fixation helps restore the level of mineral metabolism. The concentration of inorganic and calcium phosphorus in the blood of dogs of group III 21 days after the operation was increased by 37.3% and 0.8., respectively, when compared with group II.

On the basis of our research we found that intraosseous injections drugs( 0.5% solution of novocaine, tetracycline-hydrochloride) in combination with surgical treatment of the pathological focus accelerate the healing of infected wounds in calves by 5 days compared with conventional methods in the farm. Studies of serum from calves showed that the introduction of tetracyclinehydrochloride by intraosseous provide a high therapeutic concentration in the blood of animals ( up to 72-96 hours), as well as antihistamine , vasodilator, anti-inflammatory effect of novocaine. Intraosseous injections of drugs used by us in the treatment of purulent-necrotic processes of the distal limb in young cattle can be recommended for wide use in livestock farms and complexes.

Abstract
Studies were carried out on broiler chickens of cross-country "Ross 308", on the basis of the farm OOO "Russian Poulard" of the Lomonosov district of the Leningrad region. Studies were conducted to study the tolerability of a new phytobiotic complex, based on plant raw materials and enterosorbents. To conduct research on the principle of analogs, four groups of 15-day broiler chickens were formed, with 20 heads in each. Conditions for maintenance and feeding for all groups were the same. As the main diet of chickens, full-feed fodder mixtures (PK-6 of ZAO Gatchina Feed Mixed Plant) were produced according to VNITIP norms according to the periods of poultry breeding (GOST 18221-99). Experienced groups were injected into the diet for 30 days in a ratio of 1.8; 3.6; and 9 g / animal, which is determined on the basis of previous experiments as a conditional-therapeutic, two-fold and five-fold dose, from a conventional therapeutic one. The control group received feed, without phybiotics, according to the norms for these animal species. At the beginning and at the end of the experiment, the bird was weighed, blood was taken at the end of the experiment to study morphological and biochemical indices. It was found that the new phytobiotic complex is a low-toxic drug. The introduction of its two-fold and fivefold of the therapeutic dose, did not cause significant changes in the blood, as in experimental and control groups. All indicators were within the physiological norm. A slight increase in total protein, calcium and phosphorus in the serum of the experimental group, said the activation of protein metabolism, and, accordingly, the best absorption of these substances by the body. Thus, feeding this Supplement, even at a dose of five times the therapeutic dose, does not significantly affect the body of broiler chickens.

Abstract
The literature provides a great deal of data on relationship of diseases of newborn animals and the amount of immunoglobulins in blood serum in the first five days of life. When taking colostral milk in the first five days of life, the immunoglobulin rate should be 15-20 g/L and higher and the content of total protein - 55 g/L; consequently, lower values are indicative of immunoglobulin insufficiency and hypogammaglobulimenia. (4). The colostral immunity stress may be corrected through regulation of mmunoglobulin content in the blood of new born animals. Interferons also have antiviral and immune modulating properties. To improve vaccination efficiency it is necessary to improve natural resistance and non-specific immunostimulation with immuno-modulators. They are accompanied with increase in the amount of total protein, globulins, lymphocytes, and biosynthesis of immunoglobulins. The purpose of this work is to study the influence of interferon preparations (Interferon Recombinant Bovillus and Tetravitferonum-B) on hematological, hormonal, and immunological blood parameters in new born calves. To set up an experiment, three groups of calves were formed according to the principle of analogues, taking into account the age and live weight; the calves were kept in similar management conditions, in individual cages. Feeding of experimental groups was identical. The analysis of hematological blood parameters suggests that all value fluctuations in experimental groups were within the physiological range. Protein blood fractions of calves in experimental groups conform to a physiological value and are indicative of a steady functional status of the immune system. The analysis of immunological parameters detected the immune system disorder in calves, which was expressed as a decrease and deficit of immunoglobulins, in particular of Ig А and Ig М. The second experimental group showed an upward trend of Ig G concentration, which is indicative of primary and local immunity activation. Following the results of the conducte experiment, administration of Tetravitferonum-B is recommended as it provides the best optimal parameters with regard to the level of hormones and immunoglobulins under study.

Abstract
Over time, probiotics, the main component of which is E. coli, have become increasingly used in the world. To date, physiological parameters such as the state of metabolic processes and immunobiological parameters have not been studied in birds, especially when the probiotic "bio-cocktail-NK"was introduced into the diets of birds. In this regard, relevant is the use of conceptions-ons broiler chickens probiotic "Biococktail - NK", and studying its impact on the efficiency and safety of the birds. In the conditions of poultry farm "Vitkonprodukt" shumilinsky district of Vitebsk region was conducted research and production experience, in the basis of which was the assessment of the impact of the drug "Biococktail-NK" on the General, biochemical and immunological indicators of blood of broiler chickens throughout the period of their cultivation. As object of research were selected chickens-broilers cross "C0BB-500" 5-, 7-, 12-, 19-, 28-, 36- and 46 days of age. Treatment-and-prophylactic drug "Biococktail -NK" is a mixture of live Escherichia coli, the biologically active substances of the environment of cultivation and included in the composition of propolis. The application of the "Biococktail - NK" at a rate of 0.1 ml/goal. (1,0*107 micro bodies) starting from the daily age for five days in 4 cycles with an interval of 7 days until the end of the growing period allows to normalize immunological processes in the body of young birds. This result is observed due to the activation of natural resistance factors and the synthesis of immunoglobulins. As a result of the study of the blood of broiler chickens, it was established that "Biococktail - NK" has a stimulating effect on the studied indicators. According to the results of the study, BASK, phagocytosis and synthesis of immunoglobulins in the experimental group of broiler chickens was higher than in the control group; there was an increase in the amount of total protein (R), a decrease in albumin, the activity of aminotransferases and alkaline phosphatase. Also in the experimental group of broiler chickens the amount of calcium in the blood serum increased and positive dynamics of calcium-phosphorus ratio was observed. Also noted positive effect of "Biococktail - NK" in the body of broiler chickens through the stimulation of natural protective factors and normalization are most susceptible to the biochemical changes in the indicators helped to increase the safety of young animals, as in experience, which groups fell 24 heads or 2.4% and in the control of the head 64 or 6.4% (the number in the beginning of the experiment in groups was the same - 500 heads).

Abstract
The article is devoted to the evaluation of the toxic effects of copper acetate on the body of fish. The aim of the study was to study the mechanical strength of the epithelial layer of the carp intestine after exposure to copper acetate. With the normal functioning of the gastrointestinal tract of fish, the exalted, dead, epithelial cells of the intestine are exfoliated, which is the norm. The presence of "living" epithelial cells in intestinal preparations indicates a violation of the mechanical strength of the epithelial layer of the intestine, which, in turn, is a sign of poisoning. The experiment used 3 groups of fish (ordinary carp) in 10 individuals: control group; group contained in a solution of copper acetate (1 mg/l); group contained in a solution of copper acetate (10 mg/l). Exposure to toxic solution was 4 hours. Made smear-imprint of the intestine of the carp was carried out exfoliating counting live cells. The study showed that when exposed to copper acetate with a concentration of 1 mg/l, the number of "living" cells that retained tinctorial properties is 35.28% of the total number of fused cells, and after exposure to copper acetate with a concentration of 10 mg/l - 67.85% of the total number of exfoliating cells. There is a decrease in the mechanical strength of the epithelial layer of the intestine, manifested in an increase in the desquamation (exfoliation) of living epithelial cells due to the action of a toxicant.

Abstract
Compensatory opportunities for intensification of growth in the ontogenesis of rainbow trout under incompletely systemic cage culture were studied. Intensification of growth was stimulated by the nutrition of mixed fodders, the composition of the protein components of the diet, and the multiplicity of feeding. Morphometric growth indices and commercial qualities of fish receiving various recipes of mixed fodder for the fattening period were determined. It was found that the average weight of fish fed the stimulant diet was significantly higher than the control group. The average daily weight gain for the month to month ranged from 1.56 to 2.3g in the control group and from 1.83 to 2.55g in the experimental, with an average daily increase in the body weight for rainbow trout 1.3 -1.5 g. There was an increased intensity of the growth in the stimulating diet group (40% vs. 32%) at the beginning of the growing cycle, and in the middle, the indices remained the same (34% and 26%, respectively); at the end, the intensity of growth decreases (17.8% and 15.3%), but the direction of the trend persists. With the incomplete system of cage culture of rainbow trout in natural reservoirs, compensatory opportunities in the intensity of using the feed ration for the formation of commodity attributes and condition were fully manifested, as evidenced by the dynamics of indicators: exterior measurements, growth and equalization by the mass of the livestock being sold. At the same time, it is noted that; such indicators as the daily average gain of live weight and the equalization of the mass of the sold livestock did not confirm the reliability of the biological essence of growth as the predominant growth of the muscular, bone, connective tissues, and led to hyperemia of the liver, whose relative mass together with the gall bladder almost tripled (from 3.8% to 9.4 %), and the formation of internal fat from 7.0% to 17.7%. These studies suggest that the compensatory capabilities of the genetic potential for rainbow trout growth largely depend not only on the intensity and protein content of feeding, but also on its expression in separate morphofunctional segments under given technological conditions.

Abstract
The strategic direction of the development of the agro-industrial complex of the North-West Federal District of Russia (NWFD) is increasing of the production volumes sufficiently to ensure regional food security. Current article presents the of the statistical data of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation (RF) and the State Statistics Committee of the RF for the production of livestock products in enterprises and farms of all categories of the NWFD in recent years (2012-2016) for the first time in comparison to the data of 1990 and estimated indicators that include 90% parameters of milk, meat and eggs production. The agricultural sector of the NWFD is currently showing positive results in the development of swine and poultry production. The Region covers its demands with products of these sub-sectors. At the same time, the main problems of increasing the number of cattle and the production of milk and beef remain unresolved. Meat production in the region is unbalanced in relation to rational norms of its consumption. The share of beef in the general structure of meat production continues to decline. and is only 7.7% while the share of cheaper poultry (67.357.9%) and pork (33.7%), significantly exceeds the norms (42.9-20.0 %). The development of dairy and beef cattle husbandry in the Region is limited by the competition and agrarian policy of the state, while the natural and resource potential is favorable for the development of the this sector. The problem of restoration of the arable land and natural lands abandoned during the previous reforms has not been solved either. Indicators of food independence of the population of the North-West Federal District (at 90% level) were determined in the form of the following production volumes: milk 4101 thousand tons (225% 2016), meat 897 thousand tons (136% compared to 2016), beef 320.3 thousand tons (630%), egg 3332 million pieces (79% compared to 2016). Calculations were carried out taking into account rational norms of consumption of production and population growth. The implementation of these indicators implies an increase in the number of livestock, its productivity, improvement of the feed base, intensification of production processes, innovations, modernization of the material and technical base of agriculture, and the increase in state support for agriculture.

Abstract
The main purpose of our work was to study the honey flora, which is of great importance for the development of beekeeping in the Republic of Dagestan, and the analysis of its bioecological structure. Methods. In all high-altitude zones of Dagestan honey plants were collected in different seasons (spring, summer, autumn) during their flowering. Collection and processing of the material was carried out according to the approved method. The species composition of honey plants was determined using the determinants of well-known scientists. Bioecological analysis was carried out by the well-known method of domestic authors. For the first time in the Republic of Dagestan the bioecological analysis (systematic, biomorphic, phytocenotic, ecological) of the species composition of honey flora was done. Bioecological analysis of honey plants in a quantitative ratio reveals: a) a systematic list; b) the structure of woody and herbaceous life forms; C) geobotanical distribution of phytocenoses presented in different communities, which are determined by the geomorphological and climatic conditions of Dagestan; d) environmental groups in relation to moisture and substrate of their growth. The paper discusses the impact of honey resources on the development of the industry of beekeeping in Dagestan. The results obtained allow us to systematize the species diversity of honey plants of Dagestan. We have identified 370 species of honey plants belonging to 31 families, 106 genera. The analysis of the results allows us to conclude that certain families of honey plants are the most common and are more important for the development of beekeeping. In spring, the species diversity is more widely represented than in other periods. In honey plants of life form perennial herbs prevail in the phytocenoses of meadow better pronounced element, more pronounced environmental group mesophytae.

Abstract
The relevance of the research topics is determined by the need to ensure food independence of the country's population by increasing the volume of agricultural production in connection with the conduct by Russia in 2015 of anti - sanctions against countries-traditional food suppliers. The Northwest Federal district of the Russian Federation (SZFO) at a share in the sown area of 1,8% makes 4,6% of production of all agricultural producers of the country and differs in the highest efficiency of agriculture, receiving 1,7-3,9 times more production (172,9 thousand rubles) from a hectare of the sown area than other districts. However, during the years of reforms and focus on the consumption of imported food supply, the number of livestock of all types of animals and the production of milk and meat in the region declined sharply, which negatively affected the food independence of the region. On self-sufficiency of the population meat and dairy products of SZFO among eight Federal districts is on penultimate place. The index of independence (in - relation of production to consumption per capita) for milk is 49.0% and meat-63.3%, which is much lower than the norms of the state Program of the Russian Federation (90.2% and 88.3%) and the average for the Russian Federation (RF). The egg IN in recent years ranges from 117 to 105%, i.e. the region provides itself with this product. According to the subjects of the NWFD, IN has a significant differentiation in milk from 8.7 to 187.5%, in meat from 2.1 to 232.8%, and in eggs, respectively, from 6.8 to 572.3%, which indicates the need to improve the regional food market and increase in production volumes. The availability of more than 50 per cent of unused arable land and a favourable bioclimatic potential for the production of voluminous feed and fodder are important reserves for the development of agricultural production in the North-West Federal district, in particular dairy and beef cattle.

Abstract
The use of low-calorie mixed fodders in the production of eggs at the PF Primorskaya poultry farm during the difficult economic period had an impact on the economic results of egg production in comparison with the planned indicators for the productivity of this cross. At the same time, the correct calculation of the low-energy diet promoted even profit in these conditions, the profit was higher.

Abstract
Ketosis of dairy cows in suburban farms occurs on average in 15.18% of animals. The highest percentage of sick cows was at the end of the stall, i.e. March-April (average 20.67%). in the blood of these cows there was a significant increase in the content of ketone bodies, the level of which reached 3,03 Ф 0,40 mmol/l, i.e. was more than 4,0 times higher. A decrease in blood glucose levels in patients with cow ketosis to 2.16 Ф 0.12 mmol/l or 24.7% (compared to healthy animals) was characterized by a low level of glyconeogenesis. Decrease in the indices of acidic capacity and reserve alkalinity of blood serum in sick cows in 1,2 times in comparison with healthy animals testify to the development of acidic state. In blood and liver in patients with cow ketosis there was a significant decrease in total thiamine and Riboflavin compared with similar indicators in healthy cows. The decrease in the concentration of total Ri boflavin in patients with cow ketosis occurred in the blood due to the strongly bound form, and in the liver - due to the acid-hydrolyzable form. In the blood of infected animals was also observed a decrease in the concentration of vitamin C by 26.1 %, and vitamin b - 12 is 53.9 %. It is believed that the decrease in blood ruminant b vitamins, including B1, B2 and B12 occurs under the influence of causes that lead to a decrease in the activity of the pancreatic microflora. The decrease in the level of vitamin C occurs in patients with cow ketosis due to the established fact of fatty degeneration, where the formation of this vitamin.

Abstract
In the framework of this work, a comparative analysis of the depth of hematological and metabolic disorders in rabbits in the simulation of stress by different methods is presented. Models of transport and immobilization stress for rabbits were used and the main hematological and biochemical indicators were studied according to generally accepted methods. As a result of the research, it was established that when implementing various models of stress in the body of animals, the same type of changes occurred, typical for the simulated pathological process: hyperglycemia, hypercortisolemia, changes in the activity of enzymes involved in protein metabolism. Changes in hematological parameters characterized the so-called "stressful" blood - neutrophilia, lymphocytopenia, a tendency to erythropenia and reliable thrombocytosis. Deeper changes in indicators were in the implementation of the model of immobilization stress. On the basis of the studies carried out, we can suggest using a more gentle model of stress for animal studies - transportation of animals. Firstly, this effect is often experienced by animals in real life, and secondly, changes from the studied indicators do not have significant differences from those in the implementation of the immobilization stress model.

Abstract
The aim of the work was to study the reactivity in rats under experimental vibration. The object of research was mature male rats. Experimental vibration effects on animals on the 1st, 7th and 14th days of the experiment were reproduced. In individuals of the control group and with the addition of amino acids, adrenal weight was determined, the state of the gastric mucosa and duodenum was assessed, the concentration of cortisol in the blood serum was determined. It was found that extreme vibration effects on rats contribute to a change in their reactivity, which manifests itself in a change in stress resistance. The course intragastric introduction of the feed additive on the basis of amino acids (L-thianin and tryptophan) on the background of the vibrational effect has a stress-protective effect, reducing the severity of stress changes in the internal organs of animals.
